I’ve been helping business owners just like you set up and run their businesses, courses, and memberships for 7+ years day in and out.

I’ve seen a lot and over the years, I realized that there was a need for someone who could step in when needed and, simply put, take care of business.

With my VIP Day, you can send me your to-do list, and we’ll coordinate a time for me to spend either a half or full day working on your to-dos, and I’ll send you a report at the end with an overview of what is now done! Imagine that.

Here’s how
it works

  • Book a discovery call so that we can get to know each other and I can help you decide whether a half or full day of support makes sense for you and we’ll schedule our VIP Day. Along with your calendar invite, I’ll send over anything that I need from you to ensure that I’m ready to hit the ground running the day of, like logins or access to course content.

  • At the start of our VIP Day, we’ll meet for about 30 minutes to check in and go over everything that I’m going to do, and then poof go do whatever you want to do while I check items off the list. I only ask that you be available via email or text just in case something comes up!

  • We’ll meet for an hour-long off-boarding call the following day to review everything and I’ll follow up with a written recap and tutorial videos so that you’re empowered to make any changes you want (no gatekeeping here).

Some things I’ve helped clients with during 
our VIP Day

  • Build out a new course (offer carts, thank you pages, 
welcome emails, and all!)


  • Migrate from a course platform to another, including drafting all customer-facing communication about the change

  • Set up a free download and have subscribers automatically added to their mailing list and sent a welcome email

  • Take a manual lead management process and make it automated by setting up a CRM


  • Set up the backend and emails for a live workshop


  • Audit and optimize a CRM to make things work more efficiently

  • Set up monthly online events for the upcoming year

  • Create SOPs and tutorials for a new team member

Common Questions

  • Don’t worry, I’ll help you figure this out during our discovery call, but if you have a couple of smaller things on your list or one bigger thing, a half-day is usually sufficient.  I’ll recommend a full day if you want me to build a new course and a few other items, for example. After we decide on your list, I’ll always ask about bonus items that you’d like support with, just in case there’s any leftover time once your to-do list is done.

  • No problem. I have some clients who book me quarterly to get ahead on upcoming projects and launches, and I have some clients that need a little extra support after our VIP Day. Once you’re a client, I’m always happy to do hourly work as needed with advance notice, or bundle up multiple VIP Days and plan ahead—I’ll accommodate what is needed!

  • My strategy sessions are $250 and my VIP Days start at $545.
